so close....

I am this -------> <---------close to being done with one of the chairs! Naturally, I neglected to take a "before photo" and there's no turning back now--it's painted. It's re-upholstered (mostly). The chair had a hexagonal-ish cane back weave that was damaged, and to replace it would have been, well, just stupid expensive. So I bought a sheet of wood that I'll have to cut to fit; but then I'll upholster it nicely, and the chair will actually look better than if I would have been able to salvage the cane-back. Photos will come when I'm finished. So until next time, happy waiting!
