Yay for Beads!
My sister-in-law and I went to a fabulous Bead Show in Pasadena this past weekend. It has about 200 vendors with all kinds of goodies for jewelry-making and various other crafts. Beads are crack. I found some fabulous little lampwork beads to use in a necklace and some bracelets. Just when I get over the "buzz" I get from a dose of bead-buying, I crash and have to find some other trinket to add to my repertoire of ideas. Just when I think I'm going to be able to walk away, I spot a dazzling bunch of semiprecious crack--I mean, beads. The question isn't really if I should walk away, but how much should I walk away WITH?
