A very small tomato "twin" started to grow near the stem, which looks like a nose; then a split in the skin lends itself to a bit of a mouth. Nature having a bit of fun, hence my Happy Tomato. Happy Tomato
If you like to garden you know that there is quite the feeling of reward when something you have nurtured has come to (literal) fruition. Beautiful flowers, yummy fruits and veggies--all appear because of your hard work and meticulous TLC. It just adds to the feeling of fun in life.
And sometimes Nature likes to have fun back. Like the zucchini we grew to the size of our (then) 6 month old baby. And like the little guy below. Happy Tomato
